Welcome to use the cryptocurrency quantitative trading software products and services provided by NITG . You (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and NITG jointly sign this User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).

Welcome to use the cryptocurrency quantitative trading software products and services provided by NITG (hereinafter referred to as NITG Services). These Terms of Service are the terms of service between you and NITG . Before you register as a customer of NITG services, please read all of the following carefully. If you use the NITG quantitative trading system , it means that you voluntarily accept all of the terms of service. If you do not accept these Terms of Service, please do not install, use, register or otherwise use NITG services or products. Please read the following Terms of Service in detail:

Confirm and accept the terms of service

The content of this Terms of Service includes the main text of the terms and various rules that NITG has published or may publish in the future. All rules are an integral part of this clause and have the same effect as the main text of this clause. Unless otherwise expressly stated, your use of the NITG AI quantitative trading system will be subject to this Terms of Service.

NITG AI quantitative trading system service introduction

NITG service referred to in these Terms of Service refers to the NITG cryptocurrency quantitative trading software service owned and operated by NITG . The NITG cryptocurrency quantitative trading software service includes a number of specific service items. For the specific content and functions of the NITG digital currency quantitative trading service, please refer to the service item information published on the NITG website and the webpages of each specific service item.

NITG Account Registration and Usage Rules

(1) When registering a NITG account, you promise to abide by laws, regulations, legal rights and interests, and public order, and shall not include any illegal or harmful information in the NITG account registration information.

(2) NITG account you register . You guarantee that only you can use your NITG account. The account is not transferable, giftable, or inheritable.

(3) You are fully responsible for all operations you perform on the NITG software and your registered password, and you agree to keep your account and password safe. You will be solely responsible for any losses caused by password leakage. If you find that someone else has impersonated or misused your account and password or any other unauthorized circumstances, you should immediately notify NITG in an effective manner and request NITG to suspend the relevant services. At the same time, you understand that NITG needs a reasonable amount of time to act on its request. Before NITG takes action, NITG shall not be responsible for the executed instructions and the losses caused to you as a result.

(4) You shall comply with all other regulations and procedures of NITG . You shall bear legal responsibility for your actions during the use of NITG services. The forms of your legal liability include, but are not limited to: compensation to the person who has been harmed, and if your actions cause NITG to bear administrative penalties or infringement compensation liability first, you shall pay NITG an equal amount of compensation. If you violate the above provisions, NITG has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of part or all of the services to you through independent judgment, including freezing and canceling the right to use your account.

(5) Unless you obtain written permission, you may not reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of NITG .

(6) You understand that NITG cannot guarantee that the services provided are flawless, but NITG promises to continuously improve the quality and level of services. Therefore, you agree that even if there are defects in the services provided by NITG , such defects are unavoidable due to the technical level of the industry at that time and will not be regarded as a breach of contract by NITG . You agree to work with NITG to resolve the above defects.

NITG AI quantitative trading system service fee

(1) The service fee of NITG AI quantitative trading system shall be based on the service fee information published on the NITG specific service project website.

(2) After you log in to your NITG account , you can activate, suspend or terminate the service.

(3) You can enjoy the services provided by the NITG AI quantitative trading system after you make a deposit . If you fail to pay within 30 days after registration, these Terms of Service and all agreements reached with you regarding the services will become invalid.

(4) If both parties reach an agreement after the expiration of the service period, NITG will continue to provide services to you. If NITG adjusts the product name, service or price when providing services, both parties agree that NITG will provide services in accordance with the effective new product name, service and price.

(5) NITG quantitative trading services will charge you fees according to different VIP levels .

Changes and Termination of Terms of Service

NITG quantitative trading services are constantly changing and improving services. NITG may add or delete some functions or services, and may also suspend or add new products and new trading systems . If there are major changes to NITG or the content of these Terms of Service, NITG will inform you of the major changes in advance in the manner agreed in these Terms of Service. If you continue to use the NITG AI quantitative trading system , it is deemed that you accept the above changes. If you do not accept the above changes, you have the right to continue to use the changed NITG quantitative trading service part in accordance with the content and standards before the change until you stop using the NITG AI quantitative trading system .

Privacy System

(1) Respecting your personal privacy is a basic policy of NITG . Therefore, NITG will not publish or disclose your registration information unless NITG sincerely believes that it is necessary to disclose the information in the following circumstances:

(a) obtain your explicit authorization in advance;

(b) comply with relevant laws and regulations, including providing your registration     information when inquired by relevant national authorities;

(c) safeguard and protect NITG ’s intellectual property and other important rights;

(d) strive to maintain your privacy and safety and that of the public in emergency situations;

(e) In accordance with the relevant provisions of these Terms or other circumstances deemed necessary by NITG .

Force Majeure Clause

NITG shall not be liable for losses caused by force majeure. The force majeure referred to in these Terms of Service includes: natural disasters, changes in laws, regulations or government orders, reasons unique to the characteristics of network services, such as failures of basic telecommunications operators, damage to infrastructure such as optical cables, technical defects related to computers or the Internet, limitations on Internet coverage, computer viruses, hacker attacks and other factors, as well as other objective circumstances that cannot be foreseen, avoided or overcome within the scope of the law.

Guarantee

NITG service commitment and compensation standards for service unavailability shall be based on the service level agreement published on the webpage of the specific service items of NITG system services.

Except for the content or technology authorized by a third party, all other NITG quantitative trading services belong to NITG and are protected by copyright law, trademark law, patent law, anti-unfair competition law, relevant international treaties and other intellectual property laws and regulations. Therefore, you can only use these contents with the authorization of NITG . Without the written consent of NITG , you may not create derivative products related to the content for any profit or non-profit purpose. Or authorize a third party to implement, use and transfer the above intellectual property rights by assignment or licensing.

Information storage and related intellectual property rights

NIT The AI quantitative trading system is developed by NITG . NITG ‘s patents, copyrights, designs and other intellectual property rights and all information content related to NITG , including but not limited to text, pictures, files, information, materials, website architecture, page design, etc., are all intellectual property rights enjoyed by NITG in accordance with the law.

Confidential

The business secrets and other confidential information, services and agreement contents, and related information and documents generated by you and NITG in the process of using NITG quantitative trading services ( hereinafter collectively referred to as ” Confidential Information”) shall be kept confidential; Confidential Information shall not be disclosed, donated or transferred to a third party without written consent. This confidentiality clause shall not terminate due to the termination of this Agreement.

Other

This clause shall come into effect on the date of publication and constitute an understanding between you and NITG . NITG’s failure to exercise, timely exercise or fully exercise its rights under this clause or in accordance with the law shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights, nor shall it affect NITG’s ability to exercise such rights in the future. If the service rules published on the web pages of each specific service project of NITG quantitative trading services are based on the provision of services for specific service projects and are inconsistent with these terms of service, the service rules of the specific service project shall prevail; if there is no agreement on the rules of the specific service project, these terms shall prevail.
